Convocation is a milestone worth sharing. We look forward to welcoming the families and loved ones who have been part of each graduate’s journey at Thapar.
Your Invitation
Each graduate may bring up to two guests, preferably parents.
Arriving at the Venue
Parents and guests will have a separate designated seating area. Arrangements will be made for them to view the Convocation ceremony and share in the celebrations. On arrival, our Convocation team will guide you to the appropriate seating area and help you find your way around the venue.
During the Ceremony
We invite all guests to keep their phones on silent and help create a memorable and respectful setting for every graduate.You are welcome to take photographs during the ceremony. Please follow the guidance of the Convocation team so that everyone can enjoy the proceedings.
Capture the Moment
Families and graduates can make the most of the photo booths arranged on campus and take photographs together before or after the ceremony.
